On January 28, 2021, the Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA) posted a cross reference tool at https://www.dcsa.mil/ under "latest news," which provides information on where to find this tool to assist in comparing the NISPOM rule at 32 CFR Part 117 with the NISPOM DoD 5220.22-M.
