The Department of Defense (DoD) has provided the Defense Security Enterprise (DSE) Strategy for fiscal years 2021-2025, located at https://www.archives.gov/files/isoo/policy-documents/dse-strategy-2021-2025-cleared-for-public-release.pdf. Through publication of this strategy, the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense (Intelligence & Security)(OUSD(I&S)) Counterintelligence, Law Enforcement, & Security (CL&S) leadership wants to communicate the Department’s continuing intent to elevate, integrate, and optimize the DSE, in partnership with other federal and industry stakeholders, to overcome increasingly complex security challenges in an unprecedented and evolving threat environment.
