32 CFR Part 117 has been cleared as a final rule. It will include the effective date, which will be on or about 60 days after publication. The public will have the opportunity to provide comments during the 60 days from the date of publication to the effective date. The NISPOM rule will be available for public inspection on December 18 after 8:45am at the following link: https://www.federalregister.gov/public-inspection/current. It will then be published on the 21st.
As a reminder, the NISPOM authorizes the contractor no more than six months to comply with changes from the effective date.
