Thomas, Director of the Information Security Oversight Office (ISOO), signed ISOO Notice 2026-04: Agencies Eligible to Receive Referrals from Automatic Declassification at 25, 50, and 75 Years. This notice provides a comprehensive list of automatic declassification exemptions approved by the Interagency Security Classification Appeals Panel (ISCAP). It rescinds and replaces ISOO Notice 2024-02.
