The Information Security Oversight Office (ISOO) will host the 19th meeting of the State, Local, Tribal, and Private Sector Policy Advisory Committee (SLTPS-PAC) on January 27, 2021, 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. The SLTPS-PAC was established in accordance with Executive Order 13549 of August 18, 2010, “Classified National Security Information Program for State, Local, Tribal, and Private Sector Entities,” and the provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA), as amended, 5 U.S.C. App, and was extended by Executive Order 13889 of September 27, 2019. The Committee serves as a forum to discuss policy issues related to the classified national security information program for SLTPS entities, in order to facilitate the resolution of issues in dispute, and to otherwise recommend changes to policies and procedures in order to remove undue impediments to the sharing of information under the program. The Committee advises on all matters concerning the policies relating to access to and safeguarding of classified national security information by SLTPS entities, as specified in E.O. 13549 and its implementing directive.
Due to the COVID-19 situation, the January 27, 2021, SLTPS-PAC meeting will be held by teleconference. ISOO staff will provide further details on the meeting to SLTPS-PAC members and other identified participants. This meeting will be open to the public in accordance with the FACA and implementing regulations at 41 CFR 101-6. Persons who wish to join the teleconference should contact Robert J.
