State, Local, Tribal and Private Sector Policy Advisory Committee (SLTPS-PAC) Seeking Members

The SLTPS-PAC is seeking nominations for candidates to serve on a committee that will advise the SLTPS-PAC on program related policy issues in dispute, facilitate resolution, and to otherwise recommend changes to policies and procedures that are designed to remove undue impediments in sharing of classified information under the Program.

The SLTPS-PAC was established under Executive Order 13549 and is looking for diverse non-federal SLTPS applicants who represents one of the 16 critical infrastructure sectors from the Presidential Policy Directive 21 to include first responders and public safety/emergency management personnel (e.g., tribal, law enforcement officers, paramedics, EMTs, firefighters, etc.).

The ideal candidate will represent two or more of the following interests:

  1. Candidate has experience and/or exposure in sharing classified and sensitive information from all levels of the government
  2. Candidate has experience in or exposure working with Fusion Centers and/or Emergency Operations Centers (EOCs)
  3. Candidate has working experience in one of the 16 critical infrastructure sectors

The selected individuals will serve on the committee for a term of four years. The committee convenes on an ad-hoc basis and meets twice per year as outlined in the Charter.
